Eight cottages, one very good block.
Coffee on the porch. Dinner you walked to. The trail before work and the square after. Wren is eight cottages built for the way you actually spend a week downtown — and the parking spot that makes the rest of it possible.
New construction, attainable, and right in the middle of it all.
There’s more than one way to call Wren home.
FOR YOUR STUDENT
Four years of rent buys nothing. A cottage downtown builds equity, comes with a parking spot, and can be sold or leased when they graduate.
YOUR FIRST PLACE DOWNTOWN
The first home you don’t have to move to the edge of town for. A porch, a parking spot, and a front door that’s yours.
ROOM TO SIMPLIFY
Less house, more Fayetteville. Right-sized and low-maintenance, with everything downtown out your front door.

A place for the car, too.
Off-street parking for six of the eight cottages. Downtown, that's rare — and it's the thing most likely to be gone first. Bike parking for everyone.
